Plans

The AX84 site (or it's archive) has 1 X 12" speaker plans.

The main selling points for me are the same cabinet can be:

• ported 
• open back 
• sealed

by changing the back panels.

Construction

Cabinet

Material: pine, 1 X 12, from the Wood Source. For the cleats I used oak.

Baffles

Material ½ and ¾ plywood.
Cutting the circular hole with a router: See Uncle Doug's video
Note: the front baffle and T-Nuts are painted to reduce glare through the grill.
